Notes: The 30000 series solenoid valves can be supplied in the following configurations:

  • Valve without coil 
  • Complete valve with coil 
  • Complete valve with coil and connector

The ATEX certified version is supplied:
  • Complete with coil and Atex connector

Solenoid valves series 30500, 30600 are 2/2 ways, normally open. The operating principle is servo-controlled with a diaphragram. Connections are SAE FLARE or ODF ( copper pipes)
  • HIGHLY ROBUST, the thickness of the sleeve obtained from AISI 303 stainless steel machined solid bar is greater than that of traditional tubes obtained from thin metal sheet

Solenoid valves 30500 series are designed for installation on commercial refrigeration systems on civil and industrial air conditioning plants that use the following refrigerant fluids belonging to Group 2, as defined in Article 13, chapter 1, Point (b) of Directive 2014/68/EU, with reference to EC Regulation No. 1272/2008.
The main construction components of the solenoid valves of the 30500 series are:
  • Hot-forged brass body and cover EN12165-CW617N 
  • EN12735-1-Cu-DHP brass pipe for welding connection 
  • AISI303 stainless steel sleeve 
  • EN12164-CW614N brass for closing disc 
  • Ferritic stainless steel for cores 
  • AISI 302 stainless steel spring 
  • Outside Neoprene seal (option available: HNBR flammable fluids) 
  • PTFE seat sealing gasket 
  • Class H coil (180°C) 
  • Locking nut made of zinc-plated stainless steel 
  • Austenitic stainless steel for clamping screws between cover and body (A2-70)
Solenoid valves can be installed anywhere in the system provided that the cooling capacity of all different models is taken into account. The device must be installed ensuring that the refrigerant flows in the direction shown by the arrows on the valve body. All models of this series can be mounted in all positions except for the one with a coil turned downwards. Brazing of valves to weldable pipes must be carried out using an alloy with low melting point. To avoid damages, make sure the flame is not pointed to the body during pipe welding. Before connecting the device make sure the operating data shown on the coil correspond to those on the system. Please read enclosed leaflet before proceeding with the installation.
