Category: ODF & SAE CONNECTIONS

Surface treatments applicable: no

Notes:

EASY SYSTEM: perfect sealing during opening and closing of the tap thanks to 2 o.rings on the stainless steel operating stem
100% GUARANTEED RELIABILITY AND SAFETY the opening and closing operations are always sealed
100% TESTED using a dedicated helium plant 100% TRACEABLE by serial number and batch date which certify the passing of the test

The liquid receiver valve series 43100 is designed to withstand 1.43 times the PS according to the standards set by the Directive 2014/68 / UE. In addition, laboratory tests certify the resistance of the tap to bursting pressure equal to 3xPS according to the provisions of EN 378-2: 2016.

  • SAFE : guaranteed, both during opening and closing, thanks to the presence of a double OR between the body and the pin and an O-ring for sealing the brass cap to ensure maximum durability
  • NOT TAMPERABLE: when you open the tap completely, the pin cannot come off thanks to the re-edging of the upper part of the body

The receiver valves in the series 43100 are designed to be installed on refrigeration and air-conditioning system for domestic and industrial use. It’s possible to use them with all the refrigerant fluids of group 2 of Art.13, Chapter 1, point B, of European Directive 2014/68/EU, with reference to EC Regulation no. 1272/2008.
Below i s a list of the main refrigerant gases that can be used:
HCFC
HFC
HFO,
HFO/HFC blends, HC

The main construction components of the receiver valves in the 43100 series are:

  • Brass body to EN12165 CW617N
  • Brass cap to EN12165 CW617N
  • AVP steel zinc-plated spin
  • HNBR/NEOPRENE sealing gaskets
  • Opening and closing operations with full sealing

Make sure the refrigeration/conditioning system is properly clean before installing the valve with a 2/2way screw plug. The presence of impurities could affect the sealing of the valve. Valve opening/closing is very easy: you only need to remove the protection cover and rotate the pin clockwise to close the valve and anti-clockwise to open it, using an Allen wrench. Then remount the protection cover.
