Kit push in fittings with pipe

FC-HP-d35f54.jpg

Category: ODF & SAE CONNECTIONS

A new range of push in fittings made of nickel plated brass designed specifically fo rhigh pressure applications
(up to 90 bar).

OPERATION
The seals are independent and positioned inside the fitting as far as they go in order to ensure perfect pressure
tightness under all conditions, even with high misalignment angles of the outlet connection pipe.

TECHNICAL CHARA CARATERISTICS

Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +130 °C
Working pressures:
0-90 bar with OLAB high pressure pipes (code 476HP), ref. 4/2 and 6/3
0-53 bar with OLAB high pressure pipes (code 476HP), ref. 6/4
with PA6, PA11, PA12, PTFE, FEP, Polyethylene, Polyurethane pipes, check the pipe data sheet.

  • FAST ASSEMBLY: FC-HP plastic pipe works with high pressure and it’s easy to use: cuts the pipe with art. 486 and insert it directly into the fittings
  • RELIAFE and SAFE because the pipe-releasing clamp acts directly on the brass groove in the internal bush and not on the seal
  • The seals are independent and positioned inside the fitting as far as they go in order to ensure perfectpressure tightness under all conditions, even with high misalignment angles of the outlet connection pipe.

Refrigeration, lubrication and greasing and plants for high pressure application.
Designed for high pressure APPLICATION up to 90 bar.

The main components of the push in fittings in the FC-HP series are:
• CW614N or CW617N (nickel-plated) brass fitting body
• CW 614N (nickel-plated) brass pipe retaining/ejecting clamps
• CW 614N (nickel-plated) brass internal bushing
• HNBR O-ring seals
• PTFE spacer between seals
• Plastic pipe
