Description

The FCL100 Series patented Dual Seal push-in fittings are OLAB’s advanced solution for quick, safe, and long-lasting connections of plastic pipes in the most demanding sectors.

The body in CW510L OT57 NSF-USA brass ensures food-grade compatibility, structural strength, and outstanding resistance, even under high pressure and intensive cycles. The double FKM Plus Hi-Performance OLAB-certified sealing O-ring system guarantees optimal sealing, preventing any risk of leakage even after numerous installation and removal cycles. The PTFE spacer and the elastic washer for pipe retention in stainless steel keep the pipe perfectly stable inside the fitting, even in cases of extreme torsion or when using particularly rigid pipes such as PTFE.

These fittings maintain high performance and constant reliability even in extreme operating conditions, thanks to the careful selection of materials and precise construction. The wide range of thread types, both cylindrical (G1/8, G1/4) and tapered (R1/8, R1/4), and compatibility with pipe outer diameters of 4 or 6 mm, provide maximum installation flexibility and ease of assembly.
