Technical Data Sheet

The K09603 series includes 2/2-way normally open direct acting solenoid valves specifically designed for medical applications.

The inspectable design allows for quick cleaning and internal component replacement, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing downtime. Thanks to the direct-acting mechanism, the valve does not require a minimum inlet pressure to operate, making it ideal for low-pressure systems.
Constructed with a yellow brass body and a stainless steel AISI 303 tube, it features FKM sealing gaskets that offer excellent chemical resistance and long-term durability even under demanding conditions.

The 30 mm Ø14 coil, with insulation class H (180°C), ensures thermal reliability and safe operation over time.
Engineered to guarantee a large flow rate, this valve is ideal for pulmonary ventilators and other professional medical devices where precision, hygiene, and consistent performance are essential. It withstands pressures up to 30 bar / 435 psi and operates within a temperature range of -15°C to +130°C / +5°F to +266°F. Compliant with CE certification.

DESIGNED FOR SYSTEMS THAT NEED A LARGE FLOW RATE
Engineered to ensure optimal performance in applications where a consistent and abundant flow is essential, guaranteeing maximum efficiency even in demanding operating conditions.

DIRECT ACTION – NO MINIMUM INLET PRESSURE REQUIRED

Thanks to the direct-acting design, the valve operates independently of system pressure, making it reliable and immediate even at zero pressure differentials.

IDEAL FOR PROFESSIONAL USE IN THE MEDICAL SECTOR

Perfectly suited for integration in advanced medical equipment, especially pulmonary ventilators, where precision, reliability and hygiene are critical.

OPENABLE FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

Easily openable design allows fast cleaning and replacement of internal components, simplifying routine maintenance and reducing system downtime.
