The F100/B
Series – X-TREME PLUS is a high?performance solution for fast and secure
connections of plastic tubing in low?pressure car wash systems, where perfect
sealing, durability, and chemical resistance are critical.
Each fitting
features a metal release clamp in nickel?plated brass and an OLAB-certified
FKM O-Ring, ideal for contact with detergents, solvents, and hot water up
to +160°C (+320°F).
The nickel?plated
OT58 brass body, stainless?steel retaining washer, and fully
serviceable structure ensure maximum corrosion resistance and long?term
integrity. The compact size and high?efficiency clamping system
allow easy installation even in tight configurations, with full compatibility
for calibrated tubing made of PA6, PA11, PA12, PTFE, FEP, polyethylene, and
polyurethane.
The product
line includes ISO 228 BSP cylindrical and ISO 7 BSPT tapered threads,
in G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2 and R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, R1/2, ensuring
broad integration with any manifold or connection setup. The maximum
operating pressure (PS) is 20 bar (290 psi), with a temperature
service range (TS) from –15°C to +160°C (+5°F to +320°F), subject to
the tubing specifications.
Every
F100/B fitting is 100% leak?tested and CE certified, ensuring
full compliance with European safety and reliability standards for professional
