SERIES F100/B [FKM]

The F100/B push-in fittings are designed to ensure fast, secure, and durable connections between plastic tubes, delivering top-level performance even in the most demanding professional hydraulic systems. The use of an OLAB-certified FKM O-Ring guarantees excellent sealing, outstanding chemical resistance, and full safety against leaks, even when working with aggressive fluids or under challenging operating conditions.

The structure features a nickel-plated OT58 brass body, a nickel-plated brass release clip, and a stainless steel tube retaining washer, ensuring strength, wear resistance, and long-lasting performance. The tube release is quick and efficient, thanks to the ergonomic brass clip, which allows safe and easy disconnection without the need for tools. Compatible with a wide range of calibrated plastic tubing materials — including PA6, PA11, PA12, PTFE, FEP, polyethylene, and polyurethane — these fittings support working pressures up to 20 bar (290 psi) and temperatures from -15°C to +160°C (+5°F ÷ +320°F), depending on the technical specifications of the tube used.

Available with both ISO 228 (BSP) cylindrical threads and ISO 7 (BSPT) conical threads, in sizes from G1/8 to G1/2 and R1/8 to R1/2, they adapt easily to a wide variety of installations. The F100/B series offers a reliable alternative to the traditional F100 line, providing enhanced efficiency, durability, and ease of use — all while meeting regulatory requirements with full CE certification.
