The 19000 Series metallic membrane pressure switch has been developed by OLAB to meet the most specific application requirements, offering a solution that is reliable, robust, and flexible for pressure control in hydraulic and steam systems.

Its construction with an OT58 brass body and stainless steel membrane, combined with reinforced self-extinguishing plastic components, ensures superior mechanical strength and long-lasting performance even under heavy-duty operating conditions.
The high precision in the geometric design of the membrane and the perfect fit of all internal components guarantee consistently accurate and repeatable activation, maintaining maximum reliability even after extended periods of operation.

Careful engineering and the use of high-performance elastomer gaskets for superheated steam result in a safe and stable device that minimizes the risk of leaks or malfunction.
Thanks to the external adjustment screw, the calibration pressure can be easily changed to quickly adapt to different system requirements, making the pressure switch extremely versatile and practical during both installation and maintenance. The standard FAST-ON electric connections, with the option of a change-over contact, and the IP00 degree of protection complete a technical package designed for seamless integration into any professional application.

Operational performance
stands out with an adjustable pressure range from 1.0 ÷ 5.0 bar (14.5 ÷ 72.5 psi) with ±5% tolerance, a maximum admissible pressure up to 150% of the nominal value without functional alterations, and a burst pressure of 80 bar (1,160 psi). The pressure switch can operate up to 125°C (257°F) room temperature in the standard configuration and up to 150°C (302°F) upon request, while fluid temperature can reach 145°C (293°F) for continuous use or 155°C (311°F) for short periods.
