Notes:
The Series 38000-2 of 2/2 way normally closed solenoid valves is a cutting-edge solution for professional A1-A2L-A3 refrigeration systems. Featuring the patented FAST LOCK technology, these valves ensure quick, simple, and safe system maintenance.
The FAST LOCK connection system, a patented design by OLAB, greatly simplifies and secures the assembly process in refrigeration systems. Inside the pipe's internal diameter to be connected, a stainless steel reinforcing bush with an AST (anti-pipe extrusion) groove is inserted. On the pipe's external diameter, the nut, ogive, and sealing O-ring are sequentially placed. The pipe is then fully inserted into its designated seat on the body of the fitting. Tightening the nut to the correct torque for each pipe size, the ogive shifts to rest against the fitting body's end, pushing the O-ring into its sealing seat. Under the nut's tightening effect, the ogive deforms, marking the external diameter of the pipe at the AST groove and deforming the pipe to snugly fit against the AST groove's diameter. This ensures the pressure seal of the connection, and the ogive's deformation, along with the AST groove on the reinforcing bush, securely retains the pipe in the solenoid valve body.
The Series 38000-2 solenoid valves are characterized by their PTFE seal and OLAB certified HNBR O-Ring, an AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve, and a yellow brass body. They come equipped with a 30 mm Ø14 coil of Class H insulation (180°C / 356°F) and an IP67 protection class, UL International certified. Designed to operate at 52 BAR (753 psi) in a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C (-40°F to +302°F), these valves are an excellent choice for high-quality, reliable, and secure solutions in professional A1-A2L-A3 refrigeration systems.
Each valve is 100% tested in a modern helium plant, with date and serial number markings to ensure full traceability and compliance with tests. The Series 38000-2 is ideal for those seeking a high-quality, reliable, and safe solution for professional A1-A2L-A3 refrigeration systems.
FAST, SIMPLE, AND SAFE MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM thanks to the Fast Lock technology.
SAFE: No more tedious welding. The pipe is inserted directly in the OLAB Fast Lock connection
RELIABLE: The ogive’s deformation, combined with the AST groove on the reinforcement bush, ensures the secure retention of the tube in the fitting’s body.
FULL SEALING CAPACITY: Ensured by a special gasket made of a compound expressly developed for these systems.
100% TESTED: with a modern 100% helium plant. Each valve bears the date and serial number, proving that it has passed the test and allowing traceability of the performance data measured during testing over time.
