This series is distinguished by its yellow brass body and AISI 303 stainless steel control stem, equipped with a double OLAB certified HNBR O.Ring, ensuring reliability and durability over time.

Thanks to its ability to allow the safe replacement of the safety valve in the system, the Series 42000 is ideal for demanding work environments. The metal seal with the stem and the cap and rotating connection bodies made of white galvanized AVP steel guarantee a secure seal without any leaks, even under extreme conditions.

Each valve of the Series 42000 undergoes a rigorous 100% testing process in a dedicated state-of-the-art helium facility. The marking of each unit with the date and serial number confirms the successful testing and allows for complete traceability of performance data, offering customers a superior quality product.

With an operating pressure of 80 BAR (1160 psi) and a temperature range of -40°C ÷ +150°C (-40°F ÷ +302°F), the Series 42000 is perfectly equipped to handle both saturated and superheated steam, ensuring a pressure drop compatible with the operation of the safety device. Products with HNBR gaskets cannot be installed on systems using HCFC (R22) or other coolants containing mineral oils or alkyl-benzene.
