The 37000-FL
valve is engineered by OLAB for professional refrigeration circuits that
use A3-A2L refrigerants. It features the patented FastLock A3-A2L
system, which delivers a weld-free, rapid, and secure connection and
achieves 100% no-leakage over time without requiring specialized
personnel.
Its
high-precision brass body houses PTFE seats and a sealing system with dual
HNBR O-Rings, 100% PFAS-FREE and OLAB-certified, positioned at every
critical point to ensure tight sealing even under extreme stress. The operating
stem, manufactured from AISI 303 stainless steel, is designed for
long-term mechanical strength. An integrated charging port with a brass
hex cap and dual HNBR O-Rings allows safe filling and discharge with zero
leakage risk.
Every valve
is individually 100 % helium-tested and laser-marked with the production
date and serial number, guaranteeing lifetime traceability of its performance.
The 37000-FL operates from –50 °C to +150 °C (–58 °F to +302 °F) and
withstands working pressures up to 80 bar (1160 psi). Rugged,
serviceable, and fully compliant with the latest regulations, it combines
advanced technology with true sustainability.

HC: R290, R600, R600a.
Products equipped with HNBR seals must not be installed on systems using HCFCs (R22) or any refrigerants mixed with mineral oils or alkylbenzene lubricants.
Our HNBR compound seals have been specifically designed and manufactured for compatibility with A3 and A2L refrigerant gases (as defined in ASHRAE Standard 34). However, due to the countless variables involved in real-world applications—such as pressure, temperature, and mixing ratios—an application-specific validation on the system is always required.
