Manufactured entirely from AISI 316L
stainless steel, each component is hot forged or machined from solid bar
stock to eliminate porosity, cracks, or internal defects that may compromise
performance.
Thanks to pressure-calibrated
wall thicknesses, these fittings can withstand up to 130 bar (1885 psi)
while ensuring perfect hydraulic sealing, even under harsh and
high-cycle conditions.
Their exceptional corrosion resistance makes them
ideal for chemically aggressive environments, including those with heavy-duty
detergents.
They are
available in both ISO 228 cylindrical gas threads (BSP) and ISO 7
tapered gas threads (BSPT), covering a complete range from G1/8 to
R2. The operating temperature range extends from –50°C to
+220°C (–58°F to +428°F), maintaining consistent performance over time.
Fully compliant with European standards, these fittings are CE
certified to guarantee safety, pressure resistance, and long-term
industrial reliability in demanding installations.
