Category: TRADITIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
Notes:
The Series
32000 includes moisture and liquid indicators designed for
professional A1 refrigeration systems, offering immediate visual detection of
fluid status and humidity levels. The ST-UNI EN12165-CW617N brass body,
combined with a high-strength inspection glass, ensures mechanical
durability and long-term reliability even under demanding conditions.
The PTFE
sealing gasket provides a perfect seal, maintaining integrity under
thermal stress and high pressure. UNI-EN12735/1 copper tubes with ODF
pockets simplify circuit integration. In models ending in “–0”, a moisture
indicator disk allows real-time monitoring of refrigerant quality.
Each unit
is 100% helium tested, ensuring zero leakage and full operational
reliability. Laser marking permanently records the date and serial
number, enabling lifetime traceability of tested performance.
With an
extended working range from –40°C to +120°C (–40°F ÷ +248°F) and
pressure resistance up to 52 bar (754 psi), the Series 32000 indicators
are a reliable, professional-grade solution. Fully certified CE and
UL 207.
Technical features:
COMPATIBLE A1 REFRIGERANT GASES
HFC, HFO, and HFO/HFC blends: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a
HFO e miscele HFO/HFC: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf, R1233zd
HIGHLY ROBUST
Compact body in ST-UNI EN12165-CW617N brass and high-strength inspection glass, ensuring durability and stability over time even in demanding working conditions.
PERFECT SEAL
PTFE sealing gasket engineered to ensure a reliable and consistent hermetic seal, even under thermal variations and high-pressure conditions.
100% HELIUM TESTED
Each indicator is individually tested with pure helium to ensure zero leakage and long-term performance reliability.
At the start-up of circuit the color of test paper can be yellow, in consequence of atmosferic humidity or humidity contamination of plant where the indicator is installed. When the humidity level of refrigerant fluid is steady, by the action of dryer filter, the color of test paper becomes green, because the equilibrium conditions are reached. Normally, the time required to reach the stationary condition of circuit is 12 hour; if the yellow color of test paper remains, it means that is necessary a further action to eliminate the humidity presence inside the circuit. The braze welding of indicators equipped by copper tubes should made by special alloy, with low melting point. The flame should not be directed toward the glass or body of indicator, because it can damage the indicator in consequence of overheating. Please read enclosed leaflet before proceeding with the installation.
