SERIES 35000 N.C. SOLENOID VALVES SEMI-PROFESSIONAL<br>REFRIGERANT FLUIDS HCFC-HFC-HFO

Category: TRADITIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS

Ways: 2/2

Surface treatments applicable: no

solenoid valves series 35000 are 2/2 ways, normally closed, with direct operated, ODF or ODM connections

  • USE: semi-professional systems
  •  ECONOMIC AND SAFE

Solenoid valves 35000 series are designed for installation on commercial refrigeration systems on civil and industrial air conditioning plants that use the following refrigerant fluids belonging to Group 2, as defined in Article 13, chapter 1, Point (b) of Directive 2014/68/EU, with reference to EC Regulation No. 1272/2008. See page 19 for more information about refrigerant fluids compatible.

The main construction components of the solenoid valves of the 35000 series are:

  • EN12165-CW617N or EN12164-CW614N brass body with integrated sleeve
  • Ferritic stainless steel for cores
  • AISI 302 stainless steel spring
  • PTFE seat sealing gasket
  • Fixed core seal guaranteed by sealant and PTFE ring

  • The valve must be oriented in any direction provided that the coil is not positioned downwards
  • The direction of the gas flow must be in accordance with arrow direction shown on the valve body
  • The pipes connection must me clean
  • The electrical data marked on the coil must coincide with the mains rating
  • Before pipes’ welding:
    • Remove the coil from valve body
    • Wrap the body of the valve with wet rags. Body temperature may not exceed 100°C
    • Use CUP 284 ISO17672 welding alloy or the equivalent, maximum temperature 700°C
    • During  welding, never direct the flame towards the valve body
    • After welding, cleam the valve body carefully before assembling the coil (torque wrench setng to fix the coil 2,5 Nm).
