Category: TRADITIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
Ways: 2/2 N.C.
Notes:
The Series 30000 N.C. normally closed 2/2-way solenoid valves are specifically
designed for professional refrigeration systems using A1 refrigerants, offering
a robust, inspectable, and long-lasting solution.
The brass body with copper
tubes is paired with a stainless steel AISI 303 tube, machined from
solid bar stock, ensuring superior wall thickness and mechanical strength
compared to traditional thin-walled designs. The sealing system combines PTFE
and NBR O-rings, ensuring consistent performance even under thermal cycling
and demanding working conditions.
The 30
mm coil with ø14 mm bore, built to insulation class H, resists
temperatures up to 180°C, and features double O-ring insulation
for enhanced thermal protection. The valve is fully certified with IP67
protection, making it resistant to dust and temporary immersion, while the UL
International Protection certification ensures global compliance with high
safety standards.
Each unit undergoes 100% helium leak testing in an
advanced facility, and laser marking of the date and serial number
provides permanent traceability of each valve’s test performance.
Engineered
for continuous, high-performance operation, the SERIES 30000 N.C. handles a
wide temperature range from –35°C to +105°C (–31°F to +221°F) and
withstands pressures up to 52 bar (754 psi), complying with CE, IP67,
and UL certifications to ensure quality, reliability, and international
acceptance.
Technical features:
COMPATIBLE A1 REFRIGERANT GASES
HFC, HFO, and HFO/HFC blends: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a
HFO e miscele HFO/HFC: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf, R1233zd
SUPERIOR ROBUSTNESS
The sleeve is machined from solid AISI 303 stainless steel bar and features increased wall thickness for enhanced mechanical strength compared to traditional welded sheet metal designs.
SERVICEABLE DESIGN
The openable construction allows for inspection and easy internal component replacement, minimizing system downtime.
CERTIFIED SAFETY
Protection grade IP67 offers full resistance to dust and temporary immersion, fully UL International compliant.
CLASS H 30 MM COIL
The ø14 30 mm coil in Class H ensures thermal resistance up to 180°C, with double O-ring insulation.
100%
100% HELIUM TESTED
Each valve is individually tested with pure helium. Laser marking ensures traceability through engraved serial number and test date.
Solenoid valves can be installed anywhere in the system provided that the cooling capacity of all different models is taken into account. The device must be installed ensuring that the refrigerant flows in the direction shown by the arrows on the valve body. All models of this series can be mounted in all positions except for the one with a coil turned downwards. Brazing of valves to weldable pipes must be carried out using an alloy with low melting point. To avoid damages, make sure the flame is not pointed to the body during pipe welding. Before connecting the device make sure the operating data shown on the coil correspond to those on the system. Please read enclosed leaflet before proceeding with the installation.
