Category: TRADITIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
Notes: PS: 45 bar (653 psi)
PS: 60 bar (870 psi)
PS: 120 bar (1740 psi)
CERTIFICATIONS: CE
The Series
31500 includes access fittings and valve cores designed for professional
A1 refrigeration systems, enabling fast and secure system charging and
evacuation.
Once the procedure is complete, a cap with integrated gasket
can be installed to prevent any refrigerant leakage. Alternatively, the system
can be sealed with a blind nut (item 31001) and a flared copper
gasket with stem (item 31517).
The yellow brass body is available in both solid
bar machined and hot-forged versions, depending on size and working
pressure requirements. Each fitting is designed to house a valve mechanism
compliant with ARI STANDARD 720:1997, which allows refrigerant flow simply
by pressing the internal pin once correctly torqued into place.
The Series 31500 is offered with SAE or NPT threads,
and available in a full range of pressure ratings to suit any
installation:
– PS: 45 bar (653 psi)
– PS: 60 bar (870 psi)
– PS: 120 bar (1740 psi)
All components are CE certified and engineered to
ensure consistent reliability even under frequent cycling, high pressures, and
demanding environmental conditions.
Technical features:
COMPATIBLE A1 REFRIGERANT GASES
HFC, HFO, and HFO/HFC blends: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a
HFO e miscele HFO/HFC: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf, R1233zd
HIGHLY ROBUST
Brass bodies manufactured from solid bar or hot forged, designed to withstand system pressures up to 120 bar (1740 psi) with excellent mechanical reliability.
MADE FROM BAR AND HOT FORGED
Two construction technologies tailored to the application: guaranteed structural strength and dimensional precision.
SAFE
Each fitting features a sealing cap that ensures complete tightness after filling or evacuation, protecting against refrigerant leakage.
FULL RANGE
Available with SAE/NPT threads and in multiple pressure ratings: 45 bar (653 psi) – 60 bar (870 psi) – 120 bar (1740 psi), fully compliant with ARI 720:1997 standard and ready for all professional setups.
STANDARDIZED VALVE CORE MECHANISM
Internal thread compliant with ARI STANDARD 720:1997 with pin-operated actuation.
CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE
Designed according to PED Directive 2014/68/EU, with burst resistance tested up to 135 bar.
