Category: TRADITIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
Notes:
The Series
32100–32200 include moisture and liquid indicators designed for
professional A1 refrigeration systems, ideal for visual monitoring of
refrigerant condition and internal humidity levels.
The yellow brass body
and high-strength inspection glass ensure durability in high-pressure,
high-temperature environments, while the PTFE sealing and OLAB-certified
NBR double O-rings provide long-lasting and reliable tightness.
The dismountable
body allows safe and damage-free installation. Replacement operations can
be performed without desoldering, reducing both time and service costs.
A single-size design makes the indicator compatible across the full
model range, streamlining logistics and spare part management.
Each unit
undergoes 100% helium leak testing, and laser marking of the date
and serial number ensures complete and permanent traceability of tested
performance. With an operating range from –35°C to +105°C (–31°F ÷ +221°F)
and pressure resistance up to 52 bar (754 psi), Series 32100–32200 offer
a practical, professional, and dependable solution. Fully CE
certified.
Technical features:
COMPATIBLE A1 REFRIGERANT GASES
HFC, HFO, and HFO/HFC blends: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a
HFO e miscele HFO/HFC: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf, R1233zd
DISMOUNTABLE BODY FOR SAFE INSTALLATION
The indicator body is designed to be easily disassembled, allowing secure installation while preventing any damage during mounting.
PERFECT SEAL WITH DOUBLE NEOPRENE O-RING
Equipped with two OLAB-certified neoprene O-rings, the seal remains tight and reliable, even under challenging conditions.
FAST MAINTENANCE WITHOUT DESOLDERING
Indicator replacement can be performed quickly without removing it from the system, minimizing downtime and service costs.
UNIVERSAL SIZE FOR ALL MODELS
A single indicator size designed to fit all model variants simplifies logistics, installation, and spare parts management.
100% HELIUM TESTED WITH LASER MARKING
Each unit is tested with pure helium at 100% and permanently marked with the date and serial number to ensure full traceability of recorded performance data.
At the start-up of circuit the color of test paper can be yellow, in consequence of atmosferic humidity or humidity contamination of plant where the indicator is installed. When the humidity level of refrigerant fluid is steady, by the action of dryer filter, the color of test paper becomes green, because the equilibrium conditions are reached. Normally, the time required to reach the stationary condition of circuit is 12 hour; if the yellow color of test paper remains, it means that is necessary a further action to eliminate the humidity presence inside the circuit. The braze welding of indicators equipped by copper tubes should made by special alloy, with low melting point. The flame should not be directed toward the glass or body of indicator, because it can damage the indicator in consequence of overheating.
