Category: TRADITIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
Ways: 2
Notes:
The Series
37000 includes professional-grade ball valves designed for A1
refrigeration systems, featuring OLAB-certified 100% PFAS-FREE sealing.
The yellow brass body and copper tubes ensure mechanical strength
and full compatibility with A1 refrigerants. The PTFE seat provides
smooth actuation and durability, while the AISI 303 stainless steel stem
incorporates a double HNBR O-ring, certified 100% PFAS-FREE by OLAB,
ensuring reliable long-term sealing.
A brass
closing cap, fitted with a secondary PFAS-FREE HNBR gasket, offers
additional protection in case of accidental damage to the main stem seal.
The
Series 37000 valves are rated for operating pressures from 45 to 52 bar (652
÷ 754 psi) and temperature ranges from –40°C to +150°C (–40°F ÷ +302°F).
Each unit
is individually 100% helium tested in advanced facilities, and laser
marking certifies the date and serial number, providing lifetime
traceability of its verified performance. Fully CE certified,
these valves are made with low-PFAS impact components, using only OLAB-certified
100% PFAS-FREE EPDM and HNBR O-rings, fully aligned with the latest
environmental compliance standards.
Technical features:
COMPATIBLE A1 REFRIGERANT GASES
HFC, HFO, and HFO/HFC blends: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a
HFO e miscele HFO/HFC: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf, R1233zd
ROBUST
Built to withstand working pressures up to 52 bar (754 psi).
SAFE
Reliable sealing guaranteed.
AISI 303 STAINLESS-STEEL STEM
Engineered for long-term durability.
DOUBLE OLAB CERTIFIED 100% PFAS-FREE HNBR O-RING
Positioned on the operating stem for extra protection.
BRASS CLOSING CAP
Fitted with an additional HNBR gasket that maintains the seal even if the stem O-Rings are accidentally damaged.
100% HELIUM TESTED
Each unit is individually tested in a state-of-the-art helium facility. Date and serial number are engraved to certify compliance and allow full traceability of recorded performance data.
37000 series ball valves can be installed anywhere in the system. The valve can be mounted regardless of the fluid flow direction since ball valves are bidirectional. All models of this series can be mounted in any position. Please read enclosed leaflet before proceeding with the installation.
