Category: TRADITIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
Notes:
SAFETY VALVE FOR REFRIGERANT FLUIDS SERIES 40.000
YELLOW BRASS BODY
SPRING IN TREATED STEEL
PTFE SEAL
DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
RELIABLE: the PTFE gasket does not stick to its seat and maintains
the calibration of the device over time
Upon calibration, the ring nut maintains its position by applying
a high-me chanical strength, low-viscosity lock compound on the
threads to ensure proper penetration
The valve is sealed by a cap that is locked in position ion by coining the
valve body and hence calibration cannot be altered in any way
100% TESTED, with modern 100% helium plant, each valve bears
the date and serial number proving that it has passed the test and
allowing traceability of the performance data measured during testing
over time
Protection against possible overpressures compared to the design parameters set for refrigeration systems, heat pumps (capacitors, compressor flow circuits, heat exchangers) and simple pressure vessels (to EN378-2:2008, 87/404/EEC Directive). Fluids: Group 2 refrigerant fluids in the physical state of vapour or gas (2014/68/EU Directive, Article 13, point 1,subsection b) and air or nitrogen (87/404/CEE Directive).
The main construction components of the safety valves in the 40000 series are:
