Category: TRADITIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
Notes:
The Series
43100 – 43001 – 43002 include professional-grade valves for tanks and
split air conditioning units, engineered for use in A1 refrigeration
systems where compactness, sealing integrity, and reliability are key.
The yellow
brass body is paired with an AISI 303 stainless steel control stem,
equipped with a double NBR O-ring certified by OLAB, ensuring a secure
and long-lasting seal.
An
additional brass cap with OLAB-certified 100% NBR sealing ring ensures
complete system integrity under demanding conditions. The anti-tampering
design prevents stem extraction when the valve is fully opened, thanks to a
top flanging of the valve body.
The entire actuation system is housed
internally, and the pin can be operated easily using a standard Allen
key, making the unit compact and installation-friendly even in tight
spaces.
Each valve
undergoes 100% helium leak testing, and laser marking records the
date and serial number, providing permanent traceability of tested
performance. Rated for 45 bar (653 psi) and a temperature range of –35°C
to +105°C (–31°F ÷ +221°F), these valves are fully CE certified,
ideal for high-efficiency refrigeration circuits.
Technical features:
COMPATIBLE A1 REFRIGERANT GASES
HFC, HFO e miscele HFO/HFC: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a
HFO e miscele HFO/HFC: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf, R1233zd
DOUBLE OLAB-CERTIFIED NBR O-RING
Provides a secure seal.
RELIABLE SEALING
Assured in both opening and closing thanks to a double NBR O-Ring between body and spindle, plus an additional NBR O-Ring on the brass cap for long-term tightness.
ANTI-TAMPER DESIGN
With the valve fully open, the spindle cannot be withdrawn thanks to a flared upper body section.
COMPACT LAYOUT
All actuation components are housed inside the body; the spindle is operated with a standard Allen key.
100% HELIUM TESTED
Each unit is individually tested in a state-of-the-art helium facility. Date and serial number are engraved to certify compliance and allow full traceability of recorded performance data.
Make sure the refrigeration/conditioning system is properly clean before installing the valve with a 2/2way screw plug. The presence of impurities could affect the sealing of the valve. Valve opening/closing is very easy: you only need to remove the protection cover and rotate the pin clockwise to close the valve and anti-clockwise to open it, using an Allen wrench. Then remount the protection cover.
