Notes: PERFECT SEAL: O. Ring between the body and the nozzle and between the body and the sleeve
MAXIMUM INSULATION OF THE COIL: 2 O.Rings one upper and one lower
AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve welded with dedicated laser system
100% TRACEABLE by date, serial number and lot which certify the passing of the test
Excellent performance assembled with olab components: DRIVER, DISPLAY, TRANSDUCER, PROBE
2/2 WAYS NORMALLY SOLENOID EXPANSION VALVES
SEAL IN PTFE AND OR IN NEOPRENE CERTIFIED OLAB
OPENABLE FOR INSPECTION
AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL SLEEVE
YELLOW BRASS BODY AND COPPER PIPES
Class H coil (180°C) 36 mm Ø14
Class H coil (180°C)
INTERNAL STAINLESS STEEL FILTER
DN WITH REMOVABLE, REASSEMBLY STAINLESS STEEL INSERT
WITH THE WHOLE DN RANGE AVAILABLE
DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS
IP67 certified to ensure maximum protection from moisture and
maximum durability over time
Perfect coil insulation guaranteed by the two O-ring seals, one at
the top and one at the bottom -SAFE SEALING, thanks to the O-rings installed between valve body
and nozzle and between valve body and sleeve
Maximum cleanliness thanks to an accessible filter that prevents the minutest impurities from
entering the circuit
The AISI 304 steel sleeve laser welded at OLAB using a dedicated system to make precision welds
that ensure maximum strength and durability over time
100% TESTED, with modern 100% helium plant, each valve bears the date and serial number
proving that it has passed the test and allowing traceability of the performance data measured
during testing over time
The solenoid expansion valve in the series 44000 are designed to be installed on refrigeration and
air-conditioning system for domestic and industrial use. It’s possible to use them with all the refrigerant
fluids of goup 2 of Art.13, Chapter 1, point A or B, of Euopean Directive 2014/68/EU, with reference to
EC Regulation no. 1272/2008.
Some typical applications are:
The main components of the solenoid expansion valves in the
series 44000 are:
Before installing the expansion valve, make sure the refrigeration system is properly clean, though any impurities are intercepted by the filter mounted inside it. An excessive amount of impurities could partially of fully clog the filter, thus reducing its overall performance. The expansion valve can be mounted in all positions, though it is preferable to keep the axis at a right angle with the coil at the top. The direction of the arrow stamped on the valve body must coincide with the direction of flow of the fluid inside the system. Braze welding between the copper pipes and the valve body is performed using low-temperature melting alloys and the presence of seals requires the fitter to pay particular attention in avoiding to direct the flame towards the valve body and sealing areas in general.
