provides a quick, secure, weld-free and 100% PFAS-FREE connection for professional CO2
(R744) refrigeration plants, where flawless sealing is essential. Built
around OLAB’s exclusive FastLock CO2 technology, the system delivers a
dependable mechanical grip even on non-calibrated pipes, cutting
installation time and job-site complexity.
Operation
is straightforward: the tube is pushed into the fitting and, as the nut is
tightened, a cutting conical ring (BCL) closes onto the tube, locking it
mechanically and preventing pull-out. Simultaneously, an internal washer
compresses an OLAB-certified, 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM O-Ring into its seat,
creating a durable hermetic seal that withstands high pressures and thermal
cycling. All of this is achieved without welding, avoiding heat-induced
stress on the seals and allowing fast, precise, fully reversible
installation—no specialized personnel required.
FastLock
CO2 fittings are rated for transcritical service up to 150 bar (2175 psi).
The body is machined from OT58 brass (EN12164 – CW614N), while the tightening
nut is stainless steel AISI 316, a materials pairing chosen for corrosion
resistance, dimensional stability and long-term durability. With its compact
form factor, versatile connection options and full compatibility with modern
