Category: CO2 (R744) SPECIALIST
Ways: 2/2
Notes:
OLAB
Fastlock Advance is
a 2/2-way solenoid valve, normally closed and direct-acting,
designed for high-pressure CO2 (R744) applications. It is fully inspectable
and intended for professional systems, where long-term reliability is a design
requirement—not an optional feature.
The valve
body and tube are machined from solid AISI 303 stainless steel
to ensure mechanical stability at operating pressures up to 150 bar (2175
psi). Sealing is ensured by PTFE seats and dual OLAB-certified 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM O-Rings, placed in strategic points to maintain
hermeticity under all operating conditions.
The FastLock CO2 connection eliminates the need for
welding—a functional choice that simplifies installation and prevents heat
damage to sealing components. This technical approach prioritizes safety and
reversibility during service and maintenance.
The 36 mm (Ø14) coil, rated for temperatures up to 180
°C (Class H), is enclosed in a housing with IP67 protection,
suitable for demanding environments with humidity, condensation, or frequent
washdowns. The UL 207 certification confirms compliance with safety
requirements for this class of components.
With a wide operating temperature range (–50 °C to +150
°C), Fastlock Advance is ideally suited for transcritical CO2
systems.
Technical features:
FASTLOCK CO2 CONNECTION SYSTEM
Completely eliminates the need for welding, reducing installation time and cost while ensuring perfect sealing.
EPDM O-RING, 100% PFAS-FREE, OLAB-CERTIFIED
Winner of the Innovation of the Year at ATMOSummit Europe 2024. Perfect sealing at every potential leakage point.
HIGH PRESSURE
Designed to ensure sealing at high operational pressures up to 150 BAR.
DURABLE
Built to last, with body and stem made from AISI 303 stainless steel bar.
SAFE
Certified IP67 and UL 207.
