OLAB
CheckPro is a
high-performance check valve designed for professional high-pressure CO2 (R744)
systems, where reliability, tight sealing, and quick installation are critical.
The Fast Lock CO2 connection allows rapid, weld-free assembly,
eliminating any risk of damaging seals or internal parts during installation
and delivering perfect leak-tightness from the very first use.
Sealing is
provided by a PTFE seat combined with an OLAB-certified 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM
O-Ring, winner of the Innovation of the Year award at ATMOSummit Europe
2024. This configuration guarantees maximum safety at operating pressures of 120–150
bar (1740–2175 psi) while maintaining long-term performance. The brass
body, together with an internal layout engineered to minimise pressure drop,
ensures optimal flow and mechanical robustness.
Each valve
is individually helium-tested 100% at OLAB and laser-marked with date
and serial number to ensure lifetime traceability of performance data. With a
temperature range of –50 °C to +150 °C (–58 °F to +302 °F), CheckPro is
classified as a LOW-PFAS IMPACT component thanks to its exclusive use of
OLAB-certified 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM seals and fully complies with UL 207
requirements for high-pressure devices.
