OLAB Fastech
swivel receiver valve
is engineered for professional high-pressure CO2 (R744) systems
operating safely up to 140 bar (2 030 psi). Compact, tamper-proof and
fully orientable, it is the perfect fit for tight layouts and demanding
refrigeration duties.
The Fastech
features a FastSystem swivelling cylindrical-gas connection sealed
by an OLAB-certified 100 % PFAS-FREE EPDM O-Ring, winner of the Innovation
of the Year award at ATMO Europe 2024. Every critical interface is
protected by a double EPDM O-Ring, eliminating leaks and maintaining
long-term tightness.
Its CW617N
OT58 brass body houses an AISI 303 stainless-steel closing pin
secured with twin EPDM O-Rings, while the brass cap carries an
additional EPDM seal for extra protection. The entire actuation mechanism sits
inside the body and is operated quickly with a standard open-end wrench.
The design
is anti-tampering: when the valve is fully open, the pin cannot be
withdrawn thanks to the flanged upper section of the body. Every unit is 100
% helium-tested and laser-marked with date and serial number to guarantee
full traceability of performance data over time. Fully 100 % PFAS-FREE
and UL 207 certified, OLAB Fastech operates flawlessly from –50
°C to +150 °C (–58 °F to +302 °F), delivering proven safety, durability and
compliance without compromise.

SECURE SEALING
Guaranteed during both opening and closing operations, thanks to a double 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM O-Ring (OLAB-certified) between the body and the needle, and an additional 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM O-Ring on the brass cap for long-lasting performance.
ANTI-TAMPERING
When the valve is fully open, the pin can be pulled off thanks to the double edge-bandin of the upper part of the valve body.
COMPACT
The whole manoeuvring system is inside the valve body and the pin can be operated using an open-end wrench.
100% HELIUM TESTED
Each unit is individually tested in a state-of-the-art helium facility. Date and serial number are engraved to certify compliance and allow full traceability of recorded performance data.
