OLAB
FastSystem Series
is the range of high-performance fittings in yellow brass or stainless steel,
designed for professional CO2 (R744) refrigeration systems operating under high
pressure. Each fitting is equipped with a cylindrical threaded connection and a
sealing O-Ring in 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM, OLAB-certified and awarded Innovation
of the Year at ATMO Europe 2024.
The series
includes both fixed and swivel versions, with dedicated swivel types for SAE
1/4" threads and pressure gauge ports.
FastSystem fittings feature a cylindrical
gas-threaded swivel connection with EPDM sealing to ensure easy
installation and long-term sealing reliability.
Installation
is extremely fast:
all it takes is tightening the nut to the correct torque value—no need for
additional sealing operations. This makes FastSystem ideal for efficient
assembly even in complex setups.
Sealing
performance is ensured by the exclusive OLAB-certified 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM
O-Ring, providing reliable leak-free connections over time. When
used with OLAB K09466 manifolds, these fittings deliver maximum application
performance.
With a
working pressure of 120 bar (1740 psi) and temperature range from –50°C
to +150°C (–58°F to +302°F), the FastSystem Series offers exceptional
technical quality with a competitive cost/performance ratio, and is
fully UL 207 certified.
