The 30000-EX Series is OLAB’s 2/2-way normally closed solenoid valve, specifically designed for professional A3–A2L refrigeration systems. Fully openable for inspection and built with high-grade materials to ensure maximum reliability, it features a PTFE sealing element and an HNBR O-Ring – 100% PFAS-FREE and OLAB certified, delivering tight sealing performance even under thermal and mechanical stress. The AISI 303 stainless steel sleeve is machined from solid bar stock, resulting in increased wall thickness, superior mechanical strength, and extended durability compared to conventional thin-walled sleeves. The valve body, made of yellow brass, ensures robust performance even in extreme operating conditions.

The 30 mm coil, rated Class H (180?°C), is equipped with a double O-Ring and is ATEX certified, providing safety in environments with potentially explosive atmospheres. The unit’s IP67 protection rating and UL 207/429 certification confirm full compliance with international standards for resistance to dust and temporary water immersion.


Each valve is individually 100% helium tested in OLAB’s advanced testing facility and laser-marked with date and serial number to ensure lifetime traceability of its verified performance data. The 30000-EX Series is rated for operating pressures up to 52 bar (753 psi) and a temperature range from –40?°C to +150?°C (–40?°F to +302?°F). It is part of the OLAB LOW-PFAS IMPACT COMPONENTS range, designed to combine safety, sustainability, and uncompromising performance.

COMPATIBLE A3–A2L REFRIGERANT GASES

HFC, HFO, and HFO/HFC blends: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a (up to +125°C / 257°F).
HFO and HFO/HFC blends: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf.
HC: R290, R600, R600a.

Products equipped with HNBR seals must not be installed on systems using HCFCs (R22) or any refrigerants mixed with mineral oils or alkylbenzene lubricants.

Our HNBR compound seals have been specifically designed and manufactured for compatibility with A3 and A2L refrigerant gases (as defined in ASHRAE Standard 34). However, due to the countless variables involved in real-world applications—such as pressure, temperature, and mixing ratios—an application-specific validation on the system is always required.

SUPERIOR ROBUSTNESS
The tube is machined from solid AISI 303 stainless steel bar, resulting in thicker walls than traditional thin-sheet constructions. This ensures greater mechanical strength and long-term durability.


Ø30 MM CLASS H COIL – ATEX CERTIFIED
The 30 mm coil, insulated in Class H (180 °C), is equipped with a double O-Ring to ensure excellent sealing and thermal resistance. It is ATEX certified for use in environments with flammable gases.


100% HELIUM TESTED
Each unit is individually tested in a state-of-the-art helium facility. Date and serial number are engraved to certify compliance and allow full traceability of recorded performance data.
