The orientation of swivel fittings must be performed when the device is not pressurized. If the device is pressurized, only small directional adjustments are permitted.

OLAB Fast Tech swivel receiver valve is engineered for professional A3-A2L systems operating safely up to 45 bar (653 psi). Compact, tamper-proof and fully orientable, it is the perfect fit for tight layouts and demanding refrigeration duties. The Fastech features a FastSystem swivelling cylindrical-gas connection sealed by an OLAB-certified 100 % PFAS-FREE HNBR O.Ring, winner of the Innovation of the Year award at ATMO Europe 2024. Every critical interface is protected by a double HNBR O.Ring, eliminating leaks and maintaining long-term tightness.

Its CW617N OT58 brass body houses an AISI 303 stainless-steel closing pin secured with twin HNBR O.Rings, while the brass cap carries an additional HNBR seal for extra protection. The entire actuation mechanism sits inside the body and is operated quickly with a standard open-end wrench. The design is anti-tampering: when the valve is fully open, the pin cannot be withdrawn thanks to the flanged upper section of the body. Every unit is 100 % helium-tested and laser-marked with date and serial number to guarantee full traceability of performance data over time. Fully 100 % PFAS-FREE and CE, UL 207 certified, OLAB Fastech operates flawlessly from –40 °C to +150 °C (–40 °F to +302 °F), delivering proven safety, durability and compliance without compromise.

COMPATIBLE A3–A2L REFRIGERANT GASES

HFC, HFO, and HFO/HFC blends: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a (up to +125°C / 257°F).
HFO and HFO/HFC blends: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf.
HC: R290, R600, R600a.

Products equipped with HNBR seals must not be installed on systems using HCFCs (R22) or any refrigerants mixed with mineral oils or alkylbenzene lubricants.

Our HNBR compound seals have been specifically designed and manufactured for compatibility with A3 and A2L refrigerant gases (as defined in ASHRAE Standard 34). However, due to the countless variables involved in real-world applications—such as pressure, temperature, and mixing ratios—an application-specific validation on the system is always required.

SECURE SEALING
Guaranteed during both opening and closing operations, thanks to a double 100% PFAS-FREE HNBR O.Ring (OLAB-certified) between the body and the needle, and an additional 100% PFAS-FREE HNBR O.Ring on the brass cap for long-lasting performance.

ANTI-TAMPERING
When the valve is fully open, the pin can be pulled off thanks to the double edge-bandin of the upper part of the valve body.

COMPACT
The whole manoeuvring system is inside the valve body and the pin can be operated using an open-end wrench.

100% HELIUM TESTED
Each unit is individually tested in a state-of-the-art helium facility. Date and serial number are engraved to certify compliance and allow full traceability of recorded performance data.
