OLAB 33000-FL is a high-performance check valve designed for professional A3-A2L systems, where reliability, tight sealing, and quick installation are critical. The FastLock A3-A2L connection allows rapid, weld-free assembly, eliminating any risk of damaging seals or internal parts during installation and delivering perfect leak-tightness from the very first use.
Sealing is provided by a PTFE seat combined with an OLAB-certified 100% PFAS-FREE HNBR O.Ring, winner of the Innovation of the Year award at ATMOSummit Europe 2024. This configuration guarantees maximum safety while maintaining long-term performance. The brass body, together with an internal layout engineered to minimise pressure drop, ensures optimal flow and mechanical robustness.
Each valve is individually helium-tested 100% at OLAB and laser-marked with date and serial number to ensure lifetime traceability of performance data. With a temperature range of –40 °C to +150 °C (–40 °F to +302 °F), OLAB 33000-FL is classified as a LOW-PFAS IMPACT component thanks to its exclusive use of OLAB-certified 100% PFAS-FREE HNBR seals and fully complies with CE, UL 207 requirements.

HC: R290, R600, R600a.
Products equipped with HNBR seals must not be installed on systems using HCFCs (R22) or any refrigerants mixed with mineral oils or alkylbenzene lubricants.
Our HNBR compound seals have been specifically designed and manufactured for compatibility with A3 and A2L refrigerant gases (as defined in ASHRAE Standard 34). However, due to the countless variables involved in real-world applications—such as pressure, temperature, and mixing ratios—an application-specific validation on the system is always required.
