The OLAB Series 43100 is a receiver and stop valve designed for tanks and split units in professional A3-A2L refrigeration systems. The body is made of brass, while the spindle is in AISI 303 stainless steel, equipped with a double O-Ring in 100% PFAS-FREE HNBR, certified by OLAB. The same compound is also used in the sealing gasket of the brass cap, ensuring a durable and secure seal both when opening and closing.
The entire operating mechanism is fully integrated into the valve body, ensuring a compact and functional design. The needle can be operated using a standard Allen key, and a mechanical stop at the top of the body prevents the needle from being pulled out when fully opened, offering anti-tamper protection.
Each unit is individually tested with helium at 100% on OLAB's proprietary test rigs, and laser-marked with date and serial number to ensure complete long-term traceability of performance data. The Series 43100 is UL 207 certified, and is designed to withstand operating pressures up to 45 bar (653 psi) and temperatures from –40°C to +150°C (–40°F ÷ +302°F).
The Series 43100 is a fully PFAS-FREE component, engineered to deliver maximum safety, long-term reliability, and high sealing performance in high-pressure A3-A2L systems.

HFC, HFO, and HFO/HFC blends: R404A, R407C, R410A, R507, R32, R134a (up to +125°C / 257°F).
HFO and HFO/HFC blends: R1234ze, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R1234yf.
HC: R290, R600, R600a.
Products equipped with HNBR seals must not be installed on systems using HCFCs (R22) or any refrigerants mixed with mineral oils or alkylbenzene lubricants.
Our HNBR compound seals have been specifically designed and manufactured for compatibility with A3 and A2L refrigerant gases (as defined in ASHRAE Standard 34). However, due to the countless variables involved in real-world applications—such as pressure, temperature, and mixing ratios—an application-specific validation on the system is always required.
