Category: CO2 (R744) SPECIALIST
Ways: 2/2 N.C.
Notes:
The OLAB
Series 30000-3 is a range of 2/2-way normally closed solenoid valves
specifically developed for modern professional CO2 (R744) refrigeration
systems. The yellow brass body, integrated with copper tubes, houses a tube
machined from solid AISI 303 stainless steel bar: this design results in
thicker walls than traditional sheet metal tubes, ensuring superior strength
and optimal mechanical resistance to cyclical pressure loads.
Sealing is
provided by PTFE and EPDM O-Rings 100% PFAS-FREE certified by OLAB,
awarded Innovation of the Year at ATMO Summit Europe 2024 — a guarantee
of long-term reliability even under high-density CO2 conditions.
The 30
mm coil, rated class H (180°C), is thermally insulated with a double
O-Ring and protected to IP67 with UL International Protection
certification, ensuring stable operation in dusty or humid environments. Each
valve is inspectable and individually tested with 100% helium:
the laser-etched date and serial number confirm successful testing and enable
long-term performance traceability.
Designed
for an operating pressure range of 52 to 60 bar (754–870 psi) and a
temperature range of –50°C to +140°C (–58°F to +284°F), the Series
30000-3 is UL 207 certified and classified as a LOW-PFAS IMPACT
component, offering a safe, durable, and sustainable solution for
high-efficiency CO2 refrigeration systems.
Technical features:
EPDM O-RING, 100% PFAS-FREE, OLAB-CERTIFIED
Winner of the Innovation of the Year at ATMOSummit Europe 2024.
SUPERIOR
STRENGTH
The stem tube, machined from solid AISI 303 stainless steel bar, features a
thicker wall compared to conventional tubes made from thin sheet metal.
CERTIFIED
SAFETY
Rated IP67 and UL “International Protection” certified, ensuring
full protection against dust and moisture.
30 mm
COIL – CLASS H
Thermally insulated and sealed with a double O-Ring, it offers reliable
performance and protection up to 180°C.
100%
HELIUM TESTED
Each valve is individually tested with 100% helium. Laser-marked with date and
serial number to certify test approval and ensure lifetime traceability of
performance data.
