Description

The 04500 Series includes high-pressure fittings made of AISI 316 stainless steel, designed for threaded and socket weld (SW) connections in professional CO2 (R744) refrigeration systems.

Each component is manufactured from hot-forged and solid-bar AISI 316 stainless steel to ensure a compact structure free from cracks or blowholes, delivering maximum reliability even under extreme operating conditions. Dimensions and wall thicknesses are engineered to withstand pressures up to 180 bar (2610 psi), with tightness ensured by precise mechanical mating. The use of AISI 316 stainless steel guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term performance stability, even in harsh environments or with extended thermal cycling.

The 04500 Series complies with UL 207 standards and is fully 100% PFAS-FREE, in line with the latest environmental and safety regulations.
