Series is a 2/2-way normally closed piston pilot-operated solenoid valve belongs to the X-TREME PRO range, specifically developed for high-pressure operation, frequent cycling, and aggressive fluids typical of gantry, tunnel, or self-service wash stations.
The valve body is made of CW614N
OT58 brass, with ISO 228 threaded female connections and a side
inlet/outlet configuration, making it ideal for tight manifold assemblies
or side-by-side installations.
Its internal components include a PP-H piston, stainless
steel seal seat, AISI 303 insert, and a laser-welded AISI 304L
stainless steel sleeve produced with a dedicated OLAB system, ensuring perfect
sealing and long-term durability even in harsh environments. Sealing is
guaranteed by OLAB-certified FKM Plus Hi-Performance gaskets, selected
for use with high-temperature, high-pressure, and chemically aggressive fluids.
The system is completed by the OLAB 8000BH coil (30 mm
Ø14), with class H insulation (180°C) and IP65 protection,
allowing safe operation in dusty and humid environments. With its compact size
and powerful design, the K10084 Series features a DN of 7 mm (0.28"),
a maximum pressure (PS) of 100 bar (1450 psi), and an OPD range from
0.7 to 100 bar (10–1450 psi), making it suitable for low-, medium-, or
high-pressure installations.
