The Series XK09323-B represents the pinnacle of OLAB innovation in the field of charging connections for professional A1-A2L-A3 refrigeration systems. This series is unique, being the only charging connection equipped with a cap featuring a double sealing gasket with Fast Lock connection, ensuring secure and perfect sealing without welding.

The FAST LOCK connection system, a patented design by OLAB, greatly simplifies and secures the assembly process in refrigeration systems. Inside the pipe's internal diameter to be connected, a stainless steel reinforcing bush with an AST (anti-pipe extrusion) groove is inserted. On the pipe's external diameter, the nut, ogive, and sealing O-ring are sequentially placed. The pipe is then fully inserted into its designated seat on the body of the fitting. Tightening the nut to the correct torque for each pipe size, the ogive shifts to rest against the fitting body's end, pushing the O-ring into its sealing seat. Under the nut's tightening effect, the ogive deforms, marking the external diameter of the pipe at the AST groove and deforming the pipe to snugly fit against the AST groove's diameter. This ensures the pressure seal of the connection, and the ogive's deformation, along with the AST groove on the reinforcing bush, securely retains the pipe in the solenoid valve body.

The hexagonal shape of the cap allows for simple and quick closure of the charging connection with a standard wrench, facilitating the operator in recharging and resealing the system. This innovative design ensures perfect sealing without any leaks thanks to two gaskets, one upper and one lower, both in OLAB certified HNBR, providing an effective barrier against potential leaks.

Each XK09323-B charging connection undergoes 100% testing in a state-of-the-art helium facility. The date and serial number on each connection attest to the successful testing and allow for complete traceability of performance data, assuring a high-quality product.

The Series XK09323-B, with an operating pressure of 120 BAR (1740 psi) and a temperature range of -40°C ÷ +150°C (-40°F ÷ +302°F), is designed to offer superior performance in professional A1-A2L-A3 refrigeration systems, combining innovation, safety, and practicality.

HI-PERFORMANCE:
The hexagonal shape of the cap guarantees the closing of the charging connection by means of a simple key, thus allowing the operator to be able to recharge the system and above all to reseal it perfectly without any kind of leak thanks to the double gasket.

SAFE SEALING: guaranteed by two gaskets one upper and one low.

100% TESTED: with modern 100% helium plant, each valve bears the date and serial number proving that it has passed the test and allowing traceability of the performance data measured during testing over time.

Products with HNBR gaskets cannot be installed on systems using HCFC (R22) or other coolants containing mineral oils or alkyl-benzene.
