OLAB Masterflow is a moisture or liquid indicator
designed for high-pressure professional CO2 (R744) refrigeration
systems. The body is manufactured from brass EN12164 – CW614N (OT58),
while the spin-locked closing ring is AISI 303 stainless steel, a
material pairing chosen for dimensional stability, corrosion resistance and
long-term reliability in demanding environments.
A crystal inspection window gives operators an immediate
visual check of refrigerant condition or circuit moisture level. Sealing is
provided by a dual O-ring system in 100% PFAS-FREE, OLAB-certified
EPDM on the body, supplemented by an additional EPDM O-ring on the closing
ring.
Masterflow installs easily thanks to a selection of
compatible adapters: male NPT-thread adapters, stainless-steel
weld-on adapters for stainless-steel pipes and ISO 228 cylindrical male
gas adapters equipped with the same OLAB-certified EPDM O-ring.
This range
of options simplifies integration into systems with differing geometries and
connection standards.
Rated for pressures up to 120 bar (1 740 psi) and
temperatures from –50 °C to +150 °C (–58 °F to +302 °F), Masterflow
complies with UL 207 and offers a safe, versatile solution for visual
monitoring of refrigerants in modern natural-refrigeration plants.
