Category: CO2 (R744) SPECIALIST
Notes:
The OLAB
Series 43100-LP is a valve designed for tanks and split units in
professional CO2 (R744) high-pressure refrigeration systems. The body is
made of brass, while the spindle is in AISI 303 stainless steel,
equipped with a double O-Ring in 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM, certified by OLAB.
The same material—awarded Innovation of the Year at ATMOSummit Europe
2024—is also used in the sealing gasket of the brass cap,
ensuring a durable and secure seal both when opening and closing.
The entire operating
mechanism is fully integrated into the valve body, ensuring a compact and
functional design. The needle can be operated using a standard Allen
key, and a mechanical stop at the top of the body prevents the
needle from being pulled out when fully opened, offering anti-tamper
protection.
Each unit is individually tested with helium at 100%
on OLAB's proprietary test rigs, and laser-marked with date and serial
number to ensure complete long-term traceability of performance data.
The Series 43100-LP is UL 207 certified, and is designed to withstand operating
pressures up to 140 bar (2030 psi) and temperatures from –50°C to +150°C
(–58°F ÷ +302°F).
The Series 43100-LP is a fully PFAS-FREE component,
engineered to deliver maximum safety, long-term reliability, and high
sealing performance in high-pressure CO2 systems.
Technical features:
100% PFAS-FREE
Fully certified 100% PFAS-FREE component.
DOUBLE OLAB-CERTIFIED 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM O-RING
Winner of the Innovation of the Year award at ATMOSummit Europe 2024.
Provides a secure seal both between body and nozzle and between body and
sleeve.
RELIABLE
SEALING
Assured in both opening and closing thanks to a double 100% PFAS-FREE EPDM
O-Ring between body and spindle, plus an additional EPDM O-Ring on the brass
cap for long-term tightness.
ANTI-TAMPER
DESIGN
With the valve fully open, the spindle cannot be withdrawn thanks to a flared
upper body section.
COMPACT
LAYOUT
All actuation components are housed inside the body; the spindle is operated
with a standard Allen key.
100% HELIUM TESTED
Each unit is individually tested in a state-of-the-art helium facility. Date and serial number are engraved to certify compliance and allow full traceability of recorded performance data.
