Category: INDIRECT AND MIXED ACTION SOLENOID VALVES
Ways: 2/2
Notes:
The Series
20000 introduces an advanced solution in the field of 2/2-way normally
closed solenoid valves, thanks to its combined acting operating principle,
which merges the benefits of both direct and pilot-operated systems. The sealing
diaphragm, similar to that used in the 18000 Series, is directly lifted by
the moving core during the actuation phase, allowing the valve to open
even without upstream pressure—a key advantage during system start-up or
in depressurized lines.
Its
mechanical structure features a sleeve in AISI 304 stainless steel with
laser-welded fixed core, paired with a yellow brass body, ensuring high
durability, mechanical strength, and reliability for professional hydraulic
applications.
The 30 mm (8000BH) or 36 mm (10000BH) coil, with Ø14 mm
bore and class H insulation (up to 180°C / 356°F), is designed to
withstand continuous cycles and harsh environmental conditions without
loss of efficiency.
Sealing is
ensured through selectable gaskets in NBR, EPDM, or FKM, depending on
the fluid type and required temperature range. The internal design supports high
differential pressures, even with large flow orifices, while
maintaining a smooth and consistent operation.
In addition, the IP65
protection rating safeguards the coil from dust and moisture, ensuring
reliable performance even in industrial environments.
Available
with female threads in 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1", the
Series 20000 is compatible with standard installation layouts. With a maximum
working pressure of 20 bar (290 psi), this valve is the ideal choice for
systems that require reliable operation even without line pressure,
combining performance, safety, and long-term efficiency.
Technical features:
Thermohydraulic systems, autoclaves, machine tool cooling systems, washing systems, irrigation systems, fire prevention systems, sanitation systems, pressure washers.
OPERATES WITHOUT MINIMUM PRESSURE
Thanks to its combined acting system, the valve can open even with zero upstream pressure, ensuring immediate operation during start-up or in depressurized circuits.
DESIGNED FOR HEAVY-DUTY APPLICATIONS WITH HIGH COIL STRESS
The 30 mm or 36 mm coil, with class H insulation (180°C / 356°F), ensures reliable and continuous performance even under intense cycling, thermal peaks, or harsh industrial conditions.
HIGH DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE MANAGEMENT WITH LARGE FLOW ORIFICES
The internal design allows the valve to handle significant pressure differences, even with enlarged passage sections, delivering smooth and consistent actuation.
COIL PROTECTED AGAINST HUMIDITY
With IP65 protection and a dedicated enclosure, the coil is safeguarded against dust and moisture, ensuring reliable operation even in challenging environments.
