The solenoid valves of the 8201 L series are 2/2-way, normally closed, with stainless steel insert and 30 mm d.n. Ø14 coil

The main construction components of the solenoid valves of the 8201 L series are:

  • Body forged in brass EN12165-CW510L (OT57)
  • Laser welded AISI 304L stainless steel sleeve with fixed core
  • Ferritic steel cores
  • Springs in AISI 302 stainless steel
  • Seals in food-grade FKM  PLUS
  • 30 mm coil in class H

 The FKM PLUS seal was born thanks to the study and research of our R&D department and of the laboratory dedicated to the life test of our products, combined with the collaboration with market leaders of exclusive and high-performance compounds.
The evolution that distinguishes FKM PLUS is due not only to the specific compound, but also to a research work to optimize and print the compound with a production process such that the technical characteristics are not altered.

FKM PLUS is a mixture formulated with ingredients included in the positive list of the American legislation FOOD and DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) CFR thiol 21. It also guarantees compliance with the European REG Regulation. 1935: 2004

    The solenoidvalve can be installed in any position except the one with the coil down. The ideal installation position is the one with the coil oriented upwards. Maximum cleaning of the circuit is recommended, paying attention during the assembly phase.
