Category: DIRECT ACTION SOLENOID VALVES
Ways: 2/2
Notes:
The 7000 Series is a 2/2-way normally closed
solenoid valve with direct-acting operation, designed for professional
hydraulic systems requiring compactness, reliability, and fast response
times, even under low-pressure conditions.
Equipped with a 30 mm 7000BH
coil, OLAB-certified EPDM or FKM sealing elements, and threaded
connections (female cylindrical GAS and male GAS with hose outlet), it is
suitable for a wide range of fluid control applications.
Thanks to its direct-acting mechanism, the valve
operates without the need for minimum pressure, ensuring optimal
functionality even in intermittent flow or low-pressure systems. Developed as
an evolution of the 6000 Series, it features improved performance and
construction materials specifically selected for continuous use in demanding
environments.
The non-inspectable sealed design minimizes access
points, reducing maintenance requirements and maximizing operational
reliability. Its compact form factor allows for quick and easy
integration into systems where space is limited, without compromising
performance or thermal stability.
The 7000BH coil (30 mm Ø13, insulation class H – 180°C)
ensures consistent performance under high thermal stress, making the
valve ideal for professional setups that demand both robustness and durability.
Rated for a maximum pressure of 30 bar (435 psi), the
valve supports the following temperature ranges: EPDM from –30°C to +145°C
(–22°F to +293°F) and FKM from –15°C to +150°C (+5°F to +302°F).
The
product is UL and VDE certified, guaranteeing compliance with
international standards for electrical safety and quality.
Technical features:
Air, water, steam, industrial automation, food & beverage. Other fluids after checking compatibility. DVGW approved version available for combustible gases
DIRECT
ACTUATION WITHOUT MINIMUM PRESSURE
The valve operates without requiring differential pressure, ensuring activation
even in low-pressure systems or with intermittent flow.
EVOLUTION
OF THE 6000 SERIES FOR PROFESSIONAL APPLICATIONS
Developed as the natural progression of the 6000 Series, it delivers enhanced
performance and optimized materials for use in professional environments.
NON-INSPECTABLE
VERSION FOR CONTINUOUS OPERATION
The sealed design minimizes access points and increases reliability, making it
ideal for systems where maintenance must be kept to a minimum.
COMPACT
DESIGN FOR EASY INTEGRATION
Optimized dimensions allow seamless integration in installations where space is
limited.
