Category: DIRECT ACTION SOLENOID VALVES
Ways: 2/2 N.C.
Notes:
The 10600
series features direct action, normally closed 2/2 ways solenoid valves that
are openable for inspection. They are built with a body in forged brass
EN12165-CW617N and a sleeve in stainless steel AISI 304L welded to a
fixed core. The sealing DN insert is made of stainless steel AISI 303,
while the cores and springs are respectively in stainless steel AISI 430F
and AISI 302. The gasket seals are in PTFE, with a sleeve
sealing O-ring in food-grade FKM (Viton).
The 36 mm coil belongs to
class H insulation, with an operating temperature range from –40°C to +180°C
(–40°F to +356°F).
These solenoid valves are designed for professional circuits
where high resistance and reliability at elevated temperatures
are essential. The direct action operation allows functioning without
minimum inlet pressure, ensuring consistent reliability even in the absence of
differential pressure.
Ideal for professional use, they provide precision, durability,
and consistent performance even in demanding operating conditions.
The stainless
steel insert ensures maximum durability over time, enhancing wear
resistance and operational stability.
The openable design facilitates maintenance and
cleaning of internal components, enabling quick interventions and reducing
downtime. The maximum operating pressure is 40 bar (580 psi), and the
product is CE certified.
Technical features:
Water, steam, professional ironing. Other fluids after checking compatibility.
DIRECT ACTION – NO MINIMUM OPERATING PRESSURE REQUIRED
Thanks to the direct action configuration, these solenoid valves operate reliably even without differential pressure, ensuring consistent performance in any condition.
IDEAL FOR PROFESSIONAL USE
Designed for demanding environments where reliability, precision, and durability are crucial, these valves deliver stable performance in complex applications.
STAINLESS STEEL INSERT FOR MAXIMUM DURABILITY
The stainless steel sealing insert ensures excellent wear resistance, extending the operational life and reliability of the device.
OPENABLE FOR INSPECTION AND INTERNAL COMPONENT MAINTENANCE
The inspection-friendly design allows quick access for cleaning or replacing internal parts, simplifying system maintenance and reducing downtime.
