The body is made of forged brass EN12165-CW510L (OT57), compliant with NSF USA standards, while internal components such as the sleeve and sealing insert are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with high-precision laser welding.

The sealing system features an OLAB-certified FKM Plus Hi-Performance pad, made from a high-grade elastomer specifically developed to deliver enhanced sturdiness and an extended lifecycle, even in demanding operating conditions.


Thanks to its direct acting design, the valve operates without the need for differential pressure, making it ideal for low-pressure or variable flow circuits. A DN Ø2.4 mm fast discharge system ensures responsive and efficient flow control, while the integrated inlet filter helps prevent the entry of dirt or solid particles—minimizing the risk of leakage and enhancing system reliability over time.
The valve’s inspectable design allows for quick and easy internal maintenance, cleaning, or component replacement, minimizing downtime and simplifying service operations.

A 30 mm Ø14 coil in class H (180°C) ensures excellent thermal performance and long-term resistance under continuous operation.
The 08254L valves are engineered to operate across a wide functional range, with a maximum pressure (PS) of 40 bar / 580 psi and a service temperature (TS) range from -15°C to +160°C / +5°F to +320°F.

INSPECTABLE FOR CLEANING AND/OR INTERNAL COMPONENT REPLACEMENT

The solenoidvalve can be installed in any position except the one with the coil down. The ideal installation position is the one with the coil oriented upwards. Maximum cleaning of the circuit is recommended, paying attention during the assembly phase.
