Category: DIRECT ACTION SOLENOID VALVES
Ways: 3/2
Notes:
The K09949
series is an innovative 3/2-way solenoid valve designed to deliver high
performance in professional coffee machines.
The DN 5.5 orifice ensures
a high and consistent flow rate, ideal for applications requiring speed and
efficiency.
Full food-grade compliance is achieved through the use of OLAB-certified
FKM Plus Hi-Performance seals and a CW510L - OT57 brass body,
certified according to NSF USA standards.
The
construction features a stainless steel AISI 304L tube with laser-welded
fixed core, and a stainless steel DN insert, engineered to ensure
long-term durability, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. The F.F.
G1/4” threaded ports allow for easy installation and compatibility with
standard fittings.
The valve
is equipped with an 8000BH series coil, with H-class insulation
(180°C). It is designed to operate with a maximum pressure (PS) of 40
bar (580 psi) and a working differential pressure (O.P.D.) from 0 to 15
bar (0÷21.75 psi). The operating temperature range (TS) is –15°C
to +160°C (+5°F to +320°F).
The UL,
VDE, and NSF COMPONENT certifications confirm the suitability and
reliability of the K09949 series for food & beverage applications
and professional environments where precision, safety, and continuous
performance are essential.
Technical features:
DN 5.5
FOR MAXIMUM FLOW RATE
The enlarged orifice ensures a high and consistent flow, ideal for applications
that demand speed and efficiency, such as professional coffee machines.
DESIGNED
TO BE FULLY FOOD-GRADE COMPLIANT
All fluid-contact components comply with food-grade standards, featuring OLAB-certified
FKM Plus Hi-Performance seals and a CW510L - OT57 NSF USA brass body.
STAINLESS
STEEL INSERT FOR MAXIMUM DURABILITY
The use of a stainless steel DN insert ensures excellent wear resistance,
dimensional stability, and long-term performance reliability.
IDEAL
FOR PROFESSIONAL APPLICATIONS
Specifically developed for the food & beverage sector, it delivers
high and lasting performance under the demanding conditions of professional
coffee machines.
