8300 is a high-performance technical solution for fluid control in professional

essential. Thanks to its direct-acting operation, the valve
functions without the need for a minimum pressure differential, offering
maximum versatility even in variable or demanding conditions.
The inspectable
structure allows quick access to internal components for cleaning or
replacement, minimizing system downtime and simplifying maintenance.
The EN12165-CW617N forged brass body, combined with a
laser-welded AISI 304L stainless steel sleeve with fixed core, ensures
durability and robustness even in harsh environments. The AISI 303 stainless
steel DN insert provides maximum mechanical resistance to wear,
while the PTFE sealing gaskets guarantee excellent chemical resistance
and long-lasting performance, even in applications involving aggressive fluids
or high cycling rates.
The internal components include AISI 430F stainless
steel cores and AISI 302 stainless steel springs, while the 30 mm
Ø14 coil in insulation class H (180°C) ensures thermal stability and
operational efficiency.
Capable of operating up to 40 bar (580 psi) and
within a temperature range of -15°C to +160°C (+5°F to +320°F), the
valve is UL and VDE certified, making it the ideal choice for
professional systems where high standards of performance, safety, and
durability are required.
