Technical Data Sheet

Designed to meet the most demanding requirements of professional food & beverage applications, the 08600L series solenoid valves offer a combination of mechanical strength, long-lasting durability, and full compatibility with food-grade fluids.

The body in forged brass EN12165-CW617N (OT57), the insert in AISI 303 stainless steel, and the sleeve in AISI 304L stainless steel laser welded to the fixed core ensure high structural performance even in harsh environments or intensive duty cycles.

The sealing system features a DN synthetic ruby gasket, a material that provides exceptional resistance to wear, chemical agents, and aging, significantly extending the valve’s service life and reducing maintenance needs. The sleeve-to-body sealing is ensured by an OLAB-certified food-grade FKM (Viton) O-ring, compliant with the strictest international safety standards for food contact.
The direct acting configuration allows operation even in the absence of differential pressure, ensuring quick response and safe operation under any system condition, including low-pressure circuits.

The 30 mm Ø14 coil, class H (180°C) and UL and VDE certified, guarantees high performance and full compliance with professional operating standards.
With a maximum operating pressure (PS) of 40 bar (580 psi) and a temperature range (TS) from -15°C to +160°C (+5°F to +320°F), this series is a high-performance solution compliant with MOCA and NSF regulations, ideal for systems requiring maximum reliability, food safety, and long-term endurance.

Food & Beverage

SUITABLE FOR FOOD CONTACT THANKS TO MAXIMUM COMPATIBILITY WITH FOOD-GRADE FLUIDS
Specifically designed to ensure full compliance with food applications, these solenoid valves use MOCA- and NSF-certified materials and components that meet international food safety standards, delivering maximum reliability in hydraulic circuits for the food & beverage industry.

RUBY SEAL FOR OUTSTANDING DURABILITY AND LONG-LASTING PERFORMANCE

The special synthetic ruby sealing gasket offers superior resistance to wear and chemical agents, ensuring a long service life even under intense and continuous operating conditions, while minimizing the need for maintenance.

STAINLESS STEEL INSERT FOR STRUCTURAL RELIABILITY AND LONG-LASTING STRENGTH

The internal stainless steel insert ensures mechanical robustness, dimensional stability, and corrosion resistance, providing long-term durability and reliability even in harsh environments.

DIRECT ACTING WITHOUT MINIMUM PRESSURE REQUIREMENT

The direct action configuration enables operation even in the absence of differential pressure, ensuring fast and safe opening in any system condition, including low-pressure circuits.

THE IDEAL SOLUTION FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE PROFESSIONAL APPLICATIONS

Engineered for continuous use in professional systems, these solenoid valves deliver high performance thanks to the quality of their materials and the UL and VDE certified coils, ensuring safety and compliance with the most demanding international standards.

The solenoidvalve can be installed in any position except the one with the coil down. The ideal installation position is the one with the coil oriented upwards. Maximum cleaning of the circuit is recommended, paying attention during the assembly phase.
