The 08201
Series is a compact, high-performance solenoid valve within OLAB’s X?TREME
PLUS range, tailored for low-pressure Car Wash systems requiring instant
response, no minimum pressure, and maximum reliability in tight
configurations.
This 2/2-way normally closed model operates with a direct-acting
mechanism, enabling actuation even with zero inlet pressure.
The valve
body is made of forged brass EN 12165 – CW617N, combined with a laser-welded
AISI 304L stainless steel sleeve, permanently joined to the fixed AISI
430F core. Other key components include a mobile core in AISI 430F, AISI
302 spring, and a DN insert in AISI 303 stainless steel.
The sealing
gaskets, fully OLAB-certified, are available in EPDM, FKM,
and FKM Plus Hi?Performance, ensuring compatibility with aggressive
fluids and challenging wash environments.
Fully inspectable,
this valve allows fast internal cleaning and servicing. It features an OLAB
8000BH Ø14 coil (30 mm) rated Class H (180°C / 356°F), making it
suitable for high-duty-cycle applications.
The valve
operates reliably over a wide temperature span, with a service temperature
(TS) of –15°C to +160°C (+5°F to +320°F) and a maximum working
pressure (PS) of 40 bar (582 psi).
It complies with CE, UL, VDE,
and IP65 certifications, ensuring top-level safety, environmental sealing,
and industrial-grade reliability in low-pressure fluid systems.
