Category: DIRECT ACTION SOLENOID VALVES
Ways: 2/2 N.C.
Notes:
The Series
10400 solenoid valves are 2/2 ways normally closed direct acting devices,
designed for professional applications where consistent reliability is
essential—even in the absence of differential pressure. Their openable
structure allows for easy internal inspection, cleaning, and component
replacement, minimizing maintenance time and ensuring continuous operation.
The body
in forged brass EN12165-CW617N ensures structural strength, while the AISI
304L stainless steel sleeve with laser welded fixed core and AISI 303
stainless steel DN sealing insert provide excellent wear resistance,
ensuring long-lasting performance even under demanding conditions.
Sealing
gaskets are available in EPDM or FKM, offering wide
compatibility with a variety of fluids and temperatures.
The direct
acting configuration allows the valve to operate without minimum inlet
pressure, making it ideal for systems with low or variable pressure.
The 36
mm Ø14 coil in insulation class H (180°C) ensures excellent thermal
resistance and long-term reliability.
Series
10400 valves are rated for pressures up to 40 bar (580 psi), with
operating temperatures ranging from –20°C to +90°C (–4°F ÷ +194°F) for
EPDM and –30°C to +145°C (–22°F ÷ +293°F) for FKM.
The valves are
compliant with essential safety standards and come with CE certification.
Technical features:
Air, water, steam, industrial automation, compressors, industrial washing, food & beverage. Other fluids after checking compatibility.
DIRECT
ACTION – NO MINIMUM OPERATING PRESSURE REQUIRED
Thanks to the direct action configuration, these solenoid valves operate
reliably even without differential pressure, ensuring consistent performance in
any condition.
IDEAL
FOR PROFESSIONAL USE
Designed for demanding environments where reliability, precision, and
durability are crucial, these valves deliver stable performance in complex
applications.
STAINLESS
STEEL INSERT FOR MAXIMUM DURABILITY
The stainless steel sealing insert ensures excellent wear resistance, extending
the operational life and reliability of the device.
OPENABLE
FOR INSPECTION AND INTERNAL COMPONENT MAINTENANCE
The inspection-friendly design allows quick access for cleaning or replacing
internal parts, simplifying system maintenance and reducing downtime.
